Judd publishing, Washington, D. C., 1994. The spine is tight. A very nice book. Contains scenic illustrations and some recipes. Some of the recipes include: Stuffed Mussels; Zucchini soup; Scallops Gascons; Pate; Herb bread; Rabbit Casserorle Pruneaux; Lemon Souffle; Brie Sandwich; and Ratatouille Quiche.
